    • Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may refuse to accept the package at the time of delivery.

  3. Refund Process:

    • For prepaid orders canceled before shipment, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

  4. Special Cases:

    • If an incorrect or damaged item is shipped, you may contact us for a replacement or refund as per our return policy.

Important Notes

  • Orders placed during sales or with promotional discounts cannot be canceled after confirmation.
